WordGap app for iPhone and iPad

Welcome to WordGap.
The WordGap iOS Application has been designed to allow you to manage your own Word Practice because we feel that the most relevant Practice for you is your own one, not somebody elses. So WordGap gives you the ability to do just that, create, manage and playback your own custom Practices made up single words or phrases. Having Practices that are designed specifically for you ensures that they take into account your needs and also ensures that they are truly fit for purpose. So by either working along with a Teacher or on your own you can create Practices that are customised precisely for you.

WordGap is designed to sequentially guide users through Word/Vocabulary Practices which are made up of individual Items (Words or Phrases). You can create your own Practice by adding item information consisting of a Title, a Description (or Translation) and a media file. WordGap can lookup Translations on demand and can save your translations if you so desire to translated.net. Each word or phrase item can be supplemented with a Video demonstration, an Audio narration, or you can combine Audio with a Photo/Video to help illustrate the Item. The Video or Photo can be captured on the fly while adding the Practice Item or can be chosen from your Camera Roll content. When Practices are played back each of the Items will be displayed in sequence like Flash cards.

WordGap also has a Quiz mode which will allow you to test if you remember the words by prompting you with the Description (or Translation) and the media file.

For Students WordGap is completely free.

Teachers can use the professional features of WordGap to manage Practices that they want to share with their students via their own unique Channel. The professional features allow the Teacher to upload their Practices to the Cloud and all their Channel subscribers will be automatically alerted via a Push Notification. Teachers can share their Channels and Practice via social media using unique QR codes which other WordGap users can retrieve using the built-in scanner directly inside the App.

Teachers and other Professionals can subscribe to WordGap Pro in order to
- Share Practices on the Cloud
- Store their supporting WordGap Media files (.jpg, .mov, m4a .caf) on the Cloud
- Facilitate a Pro-Users Channel to be followed by others.
- Automatically Push Notifications to all the Pro-Users followers when the share a Practice.

    - Run the App without iAds

WordGap Pro Subscription:

- Subscription can be either an Annual Auto Renewing for $9.99 (or equivalent) or on a monthly basis for $1.99 (or equivalent).
- Auto Renewing Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal

- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase

- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
